Calls
Talk one to one. Keep talking in chat.
Practise with people, not exercises. Call someone one to one, and keep talking in chat when you both want to.
One-to-one voice calls. Start a call straight from the deck. Just your voice — your face is never on screen.
Rate the call. When it ends, say how it went. Liked each other? Chat unlocks for you both.
Chat when you both want to. After a good call the conversation can carry on in text. It takes two to open a chat, so nobody gets messaged out of the blue.
